In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) (Scotland) Regulations 200942, in the following definitions, for “Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001” substitute “Health Professions Order 2001”—
a
“paramedic independent prescriber”, in paragraph (a),
b
“physiotherapist independent prescriber”,
c
“podiatrist or chiropodist independent prescriber”,
d
“supplementary prescriber”, in paragraph (d),
e
“therapeutic radiographer independent prescriber”, in paragraph (a).
