The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development, or to facilitate it, or is incidental to it.

This article is subject to paragraph (2) of article 23 (compulsory acquisition of rights and restrictive covenants) and paragraph (8) of article 29 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development).
