1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Hartpury College (Transfer to the Higher Education Sector) Order 2018 and comes into force on 13th September 2018.
(2) This Order applies in relation to England.
2. On 13th September 2018, Hartpury College(1) is transferred to the higher education sector.
