The expenses of a relevant person which the housing administrator considers to have been reasonably incurred in the making of a statement of affairs or a statement of concurrence must be paid by the housing administrator as an expense of the housing administration.

A decision by the housing administrator that expenses were not reasonably incurred (and are therefore not payable as an expense of the housing administration) may be appealed to the court.
