Amendments to The Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005

2.  Schedule 1 to The Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005(1) is amended as follows—

(a) in paragraph 2(2)(a) after “P Scale 4” omit “or above”,

(b) in paragraph 2(2)(b) after “P Scale 4” omit “or above”, and

(c) omit sub-paragraph 2(2)(c).
