1. In article 3 of the Independent Police Complaints Commission (Investigatory Powers) Order 2004 (modifications to RIPA)(1), omit paragraph (8) (modification of section 40 of RIPA).

2. In the Schedule to the Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2007 (modifications of enactments)(2), omit paragraph 4(13) (modification of section 58 of RIPA).
Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Competition) (Consequential, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2014

In Schedule 1 to the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Competition) (Consequential, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2014 (transfer of functions of the Office of Fair Trading and the Competition Commission to the Competition and Markets Authority and amendments consequential on Part 3 and 4 of the Act of 2013)(3), omit paragraph 140 (amendment of section 40 of RIPA).
