34. In paragraph 6(2)(b) of the Schedule to the Burundi (European Union Financial Sanctions) Regulations 2015 (application of information provisions)(1) for “Part 1 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000” substitute “any of Parts 1 to 7 or Chapter 1 of Part 9 of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016”.
