28. In paragraph 6(2)(b) of Schedule to the Ukraine (European Union Financial Sanctions) (No. 3) Regulations 2014 (application of information provisions)(1) for “Part 1 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000” substitute “any of Parts 1 to 7 or Chapter 1 of Part 9 of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016”.
