27.  In regulation 6 of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2018 (transitional provision regarding technical capability notices)(1)—

(a) in paragraph (1), for “19(1)” substitute “18(1)”;

(b) in paragraph (2), for “102(1)” substitute “106(1)”.
