1. Paragraph 11 of Schedule ZA1 to the Representation of the People Act 1983 (civil penalties under section 9E)(1), in a case where the penalty is received by a registration officer in Wales, is to have effect as if the reference to the Consolidated Fund were a reference to the Welsh Consolidated Fund.
Schedule ZA1 was inserted by section 5 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013 (c. 6).
