37.  In article 18(1)(a) of the Avian Influenza (H5N1 in Wild Birds) (England) Order 2006(1), for “the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978” substitute “the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (England) Order 2007”.
