The Poultrymeat (England) Regulations 2011

23.  In regulation 2(1) of the Poultrymeat (England) Regulations 2011(1)—

(a) in the definition of “Regulation (EU) 2013”, for the words from “the Regulation (EU) 2013” to “1234/2007” substitute “Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products”;

(b) after the definition of “Regulation (EU) 2013” omit “and”.
