1. These byelaws may be cited as the Blackwall and Silvertown Tunnels Byelaws 2018 and are deemed to be made by Transport for London under article 48(1) of the Silvertown Tunnel Order 2018(1) and confirmed by the Secretary of State as provided for by article 48(2) of that Order.
