The works to implement the authorised development must be undertaken in a manner that will maximise the potential for re-use of suitable excavated material on site for the subsequent re-use of areas that will be subject to temporary possession. Prior to the commencement of development, details of the storage of suitable excavated material and of its subsequent re-use within or adjoining the Order limits must be submitted to and approved by the relevant local planning authority. The construction must be carried out as approved.
