Amendment to section 1 of the 1966 Act

9.  In section 1(1)(a) of the 1966 Act, for “fifteen” substitute “thirteen”.

Amendment to Schedule 1 to the 1966 Act

10.  In Schedule 1 to the 1966 Act, omit paragraph 1(2).
