Amendment to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013

2.—(1) Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 (surface waters in England)(1) is amended as follows.

(2) For the following entries, substitute as follows—

(a) for “Carbis Bay Station Beach”, substitute “Carbis Bay”;

(b) for “Crinnis”, substitute “Crinnis Beach”;

(c) for “Fistral”, substitute “Fistral North”;

(d) for “Par”, substitute “Par Sands”;

(3) In the appropriate places, insert—
