The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(1)(a), (d), (e), (f), (h), (i), 22(1B), 22(2), 57(1), 57(2)(a), 57(3)(b), 57(5) and 59(2)(a) of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 19941, makes the following Regulations.
