These Regulations may be cited as the Higher Education (Basic Amount and Higher Amount) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into force on 25th April 2018.

The amendments made by these Regulations apply in relation to the qualifying fees payable by a qualifying person in connection with a qualifying course in respect of an academic year of that course beginning on or after 1st August 2018.

Paragraph (2) does not apply to the amendments made by regulations 3(c)(ii) and 6(c)(ii).

These Regulations apply in relation to England.
