4. In rule 9.3(1) (interpretation)—
(a)after the definition of “the Board” insert—
““fast-track procedure” means the procedure set out in Chapter 5;”; and
(b)after the definition of “relevant valuation” insert—
““standard procedure” means the procedure set out in Chapter 4;”.
