1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into force on 24th April 2018.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
(3) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.
