Amendment of regulation 69

10.—(1) Regulation 69(1) (qualifying conditions for the loan for living costs – current system students) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (e)—
(i)for paragraph (ii), substitute—
“(ii)leads to an ordinary degree, honours degree, or, in respect of a course in operating department practice, to an ordinary degree, honours degree or a diploma; and”;
(ii)in paragraph (iii), omit “or, in the case of a course in a dental profession subject, begins on or after 1st August 2018”;
(b)omit sub-paragraph (f).
