18.—(1) Regulation 22 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a)for “regulation 23” substitute “regulations 23 and 23A”;
(b)for “or 20” substitute “, 20, 20A(1), 20A(3), 21C(2), 21D(1), 21E(1), 21F or 21G(1)”.
