Correction of the register14

Paragraph (2) applies to a person—
a
who is registered; or
b
who has made a notification under section 44 or an application under section 45, which has not been refused, but who is not registered.

Such a person must notify the Commissioners as soon as practicable of—
a
any information given to the Commissioners which is inaccurate, inadequate or misleading; or
b
any change in circumstances,
which may require a correction to be made to an entry made, or to be made, on the register.

A notification under paragraph (2) must be given in writing and must be made electronically if the Commissioners so prescribe, subject to such exceptions as they may prescribe.

The Commissioners may correct the register as they see fit.
