Section 284 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (share fishermen) is amended as follows.

Omit—
In Part IV, Chapter II (procedure for handling redundancies).

The amendment made by paragraph (2) only has effect in relation to dismissals5 which are first proposed by an employer on or after the date on which these Regulations come into force.
