3.  In section 2(2) of the Abortion Act 1967(1), after “Health” insert “and Social Care”.

Section 2(2) was amended by S.I. 1969/388 and by S.I. 1988/1843. Other amendments have been made to section 2(2) which are not relevant to this Order.
