Amendment of regulation 15

42.—(1) Regulation 15 (mass balance system) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (2), for “13(5)(b)(i)” substitute “13(6)(b)(i)”.

(3) In paragraph (4), for “13(5)” substitute “13(6)”.
