Fees for the provision of certain premium services outside the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man

5.—(1) Table 25 specifies the amount of fees for the provision of specified premium services for the purposes of article 9A of the 2016 Order as it applies to the Isle of Man.

(2) Paragraph 6 confers a discretion on the Secretary of State to waive or reduce the fees specified in Table 25.

25.3.1The provision by a contractor, by telephone, of information or assistance in relation to an application for entry clearance to enter the Isle of Man to an applicant outside the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.£1.37 per minute
25.3.2The provision by a contractor, by way of an email or series of emails, of information or assistance in response to a query relating to an application for entry clearance to enter the Isle of Man, where provided to an applicant outside the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man.£5.48 per query
