Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Asylum Support (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into force on 6th February 2018.
Kind and levels of support for essential living needs
2.—(1) Regulation 10 of the Asylum Support Regulations 2000(1) (kind and levels of support for essential living needs) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2) for “£36.95” substitute “£37.75”.
