Amendment of the Care and Support (Assessment) Regulations 2014

4.  In the Care and Support (Assessment) Regulations 2014(1), in regulation 7 (NHS continuing healthcare), in paragraph (3), for “28th November 2012” substitute “1st March 2018”.

This provision amends the reference to the document known as the “National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS-funded Nursing Care” so that it refers to the 2018 version of that document.
