Amendment of the Care and Support (Provision of Health Services) Regulations 2014
3. In the Care and Support (Provision of Health Services) Regulations 2014(1), in regulation 1 (citation, commencement and interpretation), in paragraph (2), in the definition of “National Framework” for “28th November 2012” substitute “1st March 2018”.
S.I. 2014/2821.This provision amends the reference to the document known as the “National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS-funded Nursing Care” so that it refers to the 2018 version of that document.
