Increase in rates of Personal Independence Payment

16.  In regulation 24 of the Social Security (Personal Independence Payment) Regulations 2013(1) (rate of personal independence payment)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£55.65” substitute “£57.30”;

(b) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£83.10” substitute “£85.60”;

(c) in paragraph (2)(a) for “£22.00” substitute “£22.65”; and

(d) in paragraph (2)(b) for “£58.00” substitute “£59.75”.
