Amendment of the Local Government Reorganisation (Preservation of Right to Buy) Order 1986

2.—(1) The Local Government Reorganisation (Preservation of Right to Buy) Order 1986(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In the definition of “successor authority” in article 2 (interpretation)(2) for “the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority” substitute “the London Fire Commissioner”.
