Amendment of the Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981

3.—(1) The Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 6(1)(xvii)(2) (exemptions), after “3500 kilograms” insert “first registered before 1st March 2015”.
