Matters relating to higher education providers

20.  In the 2017 Act references to “registered higher education providers”(1) in—

(a) section 64(1)(a) and (8)(a);

(b) section 65(1), (7)(a) and (c), (8)(a) and (c), (9), (10)(a) and (b), (11)(a) and (14),

are to be read as references to “English higher education providers”(2).
