13.—(1) The Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations 2012(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 45 (nil rate), in paragraph (3)—
(a)for the definition of ““independent hospital” and “care home”” substitute—
““care home” in England has the meaning given by section 3 of the Care Standards Act 2000;”;
(b)in the definition of “care home service” before “has the meaning” insert “in Wales means a care home service within the meaning of Part 1 of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 which is provided wholly or mainly to persons aged 18 or over and in Scotland”;
(c)after the definition of “care home service” insert—
““independent hospital” has the meaning given by section 2 of the Care Standards Act 2000;”.
S.I. 2012/2677 to which there are amendments which are not relevant to these Regulations.
