Subject to paragraph (2), the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Review Procedures) Regulations 199911 are revoked.

The Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Review Procedures) Regulations 1999 continue in force in relation to any request for a review under section 202 made prior to the coming into force of this Part.
