Amendment of the Criminal Legal Aid (Contribution Orders) Regulations 2013

33.  In regulation 15(2) (specified maximum amount for class of offence) of the Criminal Legal Aid (Contribution Orders) Regulations 2013(1)—

(a) for “Table of Offences” substitute “LGFS Table of Offences (the “Table of Offences”)”;

(b) for “Schedule 1” substitute “Schedule 2”.
