SCHEDULE 1 STATUTE OF THE INTERNATIONAL RESIDUAL MECHANISM FOR CRIMINAL TRIBUNALS (IRMCT)

Article 6: Referral of Cases to National Jurisdictions

1.  The Mechanism shall have the power, and shall undertake every effort, to refer cases involving persons covered by paragraph 3 of Article 1 of this Statute to the authorities of a State in accordance with paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article. The Mechanism shall the power also to refer cases involving persons covered by paragraph 4 of Article 1 of this Statute.
