Interpretation
8. In this Schedule—
“authorised officer” means—
a commissioned officer of the armed forces of the Territory,
a police or customs officer of the Territory, or
a person authorised by the Governor for the purposes of this Schedule, whether generally or in a particular case;
“high seas” means seas that are not within the seaward limits of—
the territorial sea of the Territory, or
the territorial sea adjacent to a State or territory outside the Territory;
“relevant person” in respect of the activities prohibited under article 7 of this Order has the meaning given in that article, and in respect of the activities prohibited under article 9 of this Order has the meaning given in that article;
“justice of the peace” includes other competent judicial authorities within the Territory responsible for granting search warrants.
