Citation, commencement, extent and application

1. These Regulations—
(a)may be cited as the Reduction and Prevention of Agricultural Diffuse Pollution (England) Regulations 2018,
(b)come into force on 2nd April 2018,
(c)extend to England and Wales, and
(d)apply to agricultural land in England.
