20. In sections 64 and 65 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003(1) (sex with an adult relative: penetration) references to an adoptive relationship (however expressed) is to be read as a reference to the corresponding relationships created by the grant of a parental order and which arise by virtue of the enactments applied with modifications by regulations 2, 3 and 4 of these Regulations.
