Commission Decision 2006/563 concerning certain protection measures in relation to highly pathogenic avian influenza of subtype H5N1 in wild birds in the Community is amended as follows.

In Article 1—

a

in paragraph 1, for “Member State (the affected Member State)” substitute “ part of F1Great Britain (the affected part of F1Great Britain) ”;

b

in paragraph 2, omit point (a).

after the first unnumbered paragraph, insert—
