Citation, commencement, application and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) Amendment Regulations 2018 and come into force on 1st April 2018.
(2) These Regulations apply to England and Wales.
(3) In these Regulations, “principal Regulations” means the Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) Regulations 2015(1).
Amendment of Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations
2. In Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations (amount of NHS charges), for the table in that Schedule, substitute the following table—

Revocations
3. The following Regulations are revoked—
(a)The Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) Amendment Regulations 2016(2); and
(b)The Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) Amendment Regulations 2017(3).
