Amendment to section 395 (the FCA’s and PRA’s procedures)

47.  In subsection (13) of section 395(1) of the Act (the FCA’s and PRA’s procedures) before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) 55XA(1) or (5) (where subsection (6) applies);”.
