37. In subsection (7A)(1) of section 1H(2) of the Act (further interpretative provisions for sections 1B to 1G)—
(a)after “section 22(6)” insert “or (6A)”;
(b)after “section 22(1A)(b)” insert “or (c)”;
(c)omit “(6) or”; and
(d)omit “(b) or”.
