Neighbourhood Planning (Referendums) Regulations 2012
13.—(1) The Neighbourhood Planning (Referendums) Regulations 2012(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 12(6)—
(a)at the end of subparagraph (a) insert “and”;
(b)omit subparagraph (c) and the preceding “and”.
(3) In Schedule 4—
(a)in the first column of Table 2 omit the word “, European”;
(b)in Table 6 in the row providing for the modification of “Regulation 65 (combination of polls)”, in the second column omit the words “, European Parliamentary”;
(c)in Table 6 in the row providing for the modification of “Schedule 3, Form E” in the second column—
(i)for “After “European Parliamentary electoral area” insert “Neighbourhood area…”.” substitute “After “Local government electoral area(s)” insert “Neighbourhood area…”.”,
(ii)for “After the words “*[European Parliamentary] election”, in both places where they occur, insert “*[referendum]”.” substitute “After the words “*[local government] election” in both places where they occur, insert “*[referendum]”.”,
(iii)for “After the words “*[European Parliamentary electoral region]”, in both places where they occur, insert “*[neighbourhood area]”.” substitute “After the words “*[electoral area], in both places where they occur, insert “*[neighbourhood area]”.”.
S.I. 2012/2031, to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
