Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The requirements of paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 M1 (relating to the appropriate Parliamentary procedure for these Regulations) have been satisfied.
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of, and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.

These Regulations may be cited as the European Network of Employment Services (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, and come into force on exit day.

In these Regulations, “Regulation (EC) No 1296/2013” means Regulation (EC) No 1296/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 11 December 2013 on a European Union Programme for Employment and Social Innovation (“EaSI”) and amending Decision No 283/2010/EU establishing a European Progress Microfinance Facility for employment and social inclusion.

The instruments specified in the Schedule, which relate to the European Network of Employment Services, are revoked.
