Regulation 22 is amended as follows.

In the heading, for “and auditor’s report”, substitute “, auditor’s report and energy and carbon report”.

In the modified version of section 451 of the 2006 Act—
a
in the heading, for “and auditor’s report”, substitute “, auditor’s report and energy and carbon report”;
b
in subsection (1), for the words from “year” to “that report”, substitute “year, the auditor’s report on those accounts and the energy and carbon report before the end of the period for filing those accounts and reports”.
