12. In section 72 (certain regulations under section 71: supplementary), in subsection (1)—
(a)in paragraph (a), after “Schedule 4” insert “(in relation to one or more of the authorisations mentioned in section 71(2A)”;
(b)in paragraph (b), for “column 2” substitute “column 3”.
