Commencement2
The following provisions of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made—
a
Section 27(1) to (14) (transfer to FCA of regulation of claims management services); and
b
Schedule 4 (regulation of claims management services: transfer schemes).
